Christmas pictures

Renee White offered to take our Christmas pictures so she could get some practice. Josh and Eli came along to help entertain Karsten. We had a lot of fun and they came out great! Thanks Renee!

Snow Whites

Karsten eating snow.

Cute Renee, pregnant with Evie.

Our dear friends, the Whites

Karsten went down the hill (small one) on the saucer! He LOVED it!

Ralphie (from The Christmas Story)

On the Saturday before Christmas, the Whites called us up to see if we wanted to be spontaneous with them and go up to the snow for the day to have soup, hot chocolate, and to play! It was so much fun and the kids loved it! It was Karsten's first time in the snow, and we enjoyed watching him experience it! Thanks Whites!

Christmas lights

Daddy was testing the Christmas lights before he put them on the house, and Karsten was fascinated by them!

Babysitting Asher and Abby

I got them all looking at the same time!

We're training her now:)

Cute Abby! She's SO mellow compared to Karsten, and she's oh so sweet!

Our Nephew and Niece stayed at our house for a couple days in early December while their parents went on an early anniversary trip. We had a lot of fun, and they were very well behaved, good job Joel and Rene! Karsten was 10 months, Abigail 1 year, and Asher almost 4.

Sickies

This is at the beginning of December, we were both sick, but I love the cuddly pictures!

Third haircut, 10 months

This one was a bit more difficult than the last one, he hated it! He just doesn't like being held down, also doesn't like the sound the clippers make. He lived though, and needs to get used to it cause his hair grows SO fast and he has a TON of it!

This boy LOVES the bath!

He is so cute with baths! He get's so excited and says "BA?" and does the sign for it. He has so much fun, and when he gets out he's so cuddly and sweet! He gives us big hugs with his towel wrapped around him and lays his head on our shoulder and pats us like we pat him on the back, it's adorable!

New house

Karsten's first time "helping" Dad mow the lawn.

Grandma Rene and Karsten playing with his new rocking horse.

We moved into our new house in mid October. It was pretty crazy trying to get the whole house painted in a couple of weekends, but thank God we had help from both of our families! We love our new house! It's much more spacious, and best of all it's OURS!
Karsten had just turned 9 months when we moved in and almost immediately started crawling. He developed his own way that was really funny, he would push with one leg and scoot on the other; whatever worked for him with our hard floors!

Karsten's 2nd haircut , 8 months

Before...

During (Daddy did the cutting, Mommy did the entertaining)...

After! Good job Dad!

Family fun

Look at the BIG boy! This is at 8 months old, not yet crawling.

Karsten loves reading books!

Ah, cuddles with the furry book!

He loves to turn the pages all by himself! He's about 8 months here.

Mini Vacation

In September some friends of ours, Matt and Amy Bradley, invited us up to Amy's parents gorgeous cabin, in Big Bear, which the had recently built. It was a lot of fun and relaxing!
